LOS ANTIGUOS

Los Antiguos, a region known for its fine fruit production, is located on Lake Buenos Aires. You can visit the fruit farms that specialize in cherries (the main agricultural activity), strawberries, raspberries, currants, and other fruits. ROUTE 40

The emblematic Route 40, one of the most sought-after roads for Patagonia enthusiasts, is now mostly paved in the province of Santa Cruz. GENERAL CARRERA LAKE

Lake Buenos Aires, General Carrera, or Chelenko is the same lake shared by Chile and Argentina, with the Chilean side being narrower. The road that runs along the lake on the Chilean side is gravel, winding, and in parts cliffside, but it offers a spectacularly beautiful landscape. Puerto Guadal, a typical Chilean village located on the western end of the lake, provides access to the lake.

CALETA TORTEL (CHILE)
